How to Choose the Best EDDCS Service Level for Your Business
You know your business better than anyone. With that in mind, we have created a variety of service
levels to meet the download volume demands of every business. We believe that you should never have
to pay for more than you need, so we recommend the following tips when selecting an EDDCS service
level for your account:

If you are a new business, with little or no previous sales history, we recommend that you choose the
Copper
level, which gives you

confirmations per month. This will allow you to utilize the EDDCS
system at the lowest possible cost, leaving you open to upgrade to a higher level as your business grows.

If you have extensive sales history, you should calculate an average of how many download items you sell
per month and match your level of service with the appropriate number of confirmations you need. For
example, if you sell an average of 100 downloads per month you should select the
Silver
level, which gives you

confirmations per month.
